How to delete your account

You can delete your Valutazione Armi account and all related data at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete permanently.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Email info@valutazionearmi.it from the address you registered with, subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your account (email and password), chosen country, consents;
• all valuations, history and notes;
• your inventory (Professional plan);
• purchased valuations not yet used.

What is kept

• payment records we are required to keep by tax law (up to 10 years);
• anonymous, aggregated price data that cannot identify you.

Professional subscription: deleting your account does not cancel the subscription with Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
