How is the estimate calculated? From the average of real used-market prices, adjusted to the condition you indicate. If there isn't enough data, an expert gunsmith values the firearm by hand and replies in the app. In some countries estimates are computed with artificial intelligence from public listings.

Is the estimate a formal appraisal? No. It is an indicative estimate: the actual value depends on a physical inspection.

Do I need to enter the serial number? No, never. The app does not ask for it or store it.

Do purchased valuations expire? No. If a manual valuation turns out to be impossible, the valuation is refunded.

How do I cancel the Professional subscription? In your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) account settings. You remain Professional until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund? Payments are handled by Apple and Google: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or from your Google Play order history.
