1. Who we are

The service is provided by Ferre Consulting & Digital LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, LLC registered in the State of Wyoming (USA) ("we"). Contact: info@valutazionearmi.it.

2. What the app does

The app provides indicative estimates of the market value of used firearms, calculated from collected market prices, from an expert's assessment or, in some countries, with the help of artificial intelligence applied to public listings. The app does not buy, sell or list items, does not put private individuals in contact and does not broker in any way the sale of firearms, ammunition or accessories.

3. Estimates, not appraisals

Estimates are indicative only and are not an appraisal, certification or guarantee of value. The actual value depends on physical inspection, documentation, the local market and other factors the app cannot verify. We are not liable for decisions made based on the estimates.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must use the app in compliance with the laws of your country, in particular those on firearm ownership and trade.
• Never enter serial numbers, licence details or identity documents: the app does not ask for them and they must not appear in any field or note.

5. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

6. Plans and payments

• Valuation packs (Private): one-time purchases; each completed valuation uses one credit. Credits do not expire. If a manual valuation turns out to be impossible, the credit is refunded.
• Professional: monthly auto-renewing subscription including unlimited valuations within a fair-use limit (currently [300] per month) to protect the service, plus the professional features.
• Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. You can cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal; you remain Professional until the end of the paid period.
• Free first valuation: where offered, only once per user.
• Prices may change; subscription price increases will be communicated by the store according to its rules.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: use automated means to extract the app's data or prices, resell estimates as a service, attempt to bypass limits or security, or enter unlawful content. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The app, texts, price data and trademarks belong to us or their respective owners. You may use estimates for personal purposes or, with the Professional plan, for your business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or economic losses arising from the use of estimates. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; for material changes the app will ask you to accept them again.

11. Governing law

Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain applicable.

12. App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
